To begin, you want to layout everything you need (plates for cracked eggs, breadcrumbs, chicken, and dishes)
Place the uncooked chicken into the egg batter and then coat in Italian bread crumbs on both sides. Make sure to cover all angles of the chicken. Add other spices to desire by gently beating down on the chicken to embed the spices.

1. Wrap the tin foil around the entire pencil leaving the excess at the eraser end.
2. Fold the excess over and securely tape.
3. Gradually tap the pencil over and over again on a hard surface to create a smooth patch on the eraser side.

To begin, you want to layout everything you need (plates for cracked eggs, breadcrumbs, chicken, and dishes)
Place the uncooked chicken into the egg batter and then coat in Italian bread crumbs on both sides. Make sure to cover all angles of the chicken.
Re-dip the uncooked chicken into the egg and then place in the mixture of Cheddar cheeses. (Make sure you mix the cheese to create a nice blend of cheddar.) Coat cheese loosely in the mixture.
Place a piece of spicy Pepper Jack Cheese in the center of the chicken, then carefully roll it up. Use a toothpick to secure the chicken roll before placing in greased Pyrek dish.
Place the strips of pepper in with the chicken to bake 35-45 minutes. Add olive oil and various spices (oregano, basil, garlic, paprika, etc.) to liking.
Roast the garlic in a frying pan with a tad of extra-virgin olive oil and then add the diced peppers and onions with some additional live oil.
Halfway through the cook time of the chicken layer the veggies surrounding the chicken. Place the cherry tomatoes on top with some more garnish spices.
Place 1/4 piece of Pepper Jack Cheese on top of chicken to bring out the spicy flavor. Sprinkle a dash of spices to garnish the top. Let bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve with the garlic roasted red potatoes and corn. To give this home style meal a little bit of a Mexican Kick try adding sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.

First you want to layout everything you need (plates for cracked eggs, breadcrumbs, chicken, and dishes)
Place the chicken into the egg batter and then coat in Italian bread crumbs on both sides.
Re-dip the seasoned chicken into the egg batter then cover in shredded asiago cheese on both sides.
Place a single sliced asiago cheese slice across the chicken and roll up carefully.
Use a toothpick to secure the roll together. Repeat this process until you have finished all the chicken and place into a greased Pyrek dish to bake.
Place one sliced pepper throughout the pan to roast with some herbs, fresh roasted garlic, and olive oil.
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked fully inside. Outer cheese should become very crisp, allowing the inside to still be moist.
Serve with a side of broccoli and whole grain rice.
